Kamado Joe

Lookie-lookie what I got for my 20th Anniversary! First cook last night was some simple steaks. Came out pretty good, with a nice hint of smoky flavor. I see a learning curve ahead, but it will be a tasty curve!

I love my Big Green Egg, it has produced some of the best food I’ve ever cooked.

I got the chance to cook on one of these that a friend owned, and it operated exactly the same. But it’s only like 1/3 of the price!

Good stuff man, congrats…you will LOVE it, especially when you really get it dialed in and figured out.

Nice. I have the Akorn…Char-griller cheap steel version of a kamado. Love it. Maybe someday I can upgrade it to a real ceramic one.

I hardly ever eat ribs out anywhere after I got my egg. You will love that thing once you get the hang of using it

That is SWEET! I want one very much. Very much.
