My wife and myself are looking for a two seat kayak. Which kayak is the best for going around the creeks, and touring around Charleston? Thank You for any help.
What is your price range and how are you transporting your kayak? Also will you want to use it by yourself sometimes? There are many options.

Wilderness Systems Ride 135 “Sauer Trout”
Hobie Adventure Island “Rogue Wave”
Hobie Outback “Silverback”
The price range is under 800, and I have a full size truck. I already have a 16 foot boat that I use by myself,“she doesn’t care for the boat” so that isn’t an issue. I just want something so my wife and myself could just paddle around with.
My wife and I bought our first kayaks at the end of the season from a local rental/tour outfit. Great boats, lasted years, and if memory serves me right were @ $500/each with paddle and pfd. They had tandems available as well and. If that’s an option, call a few outfitters.

Might want to check out a Perception Pescador 130t, good little sit on top tandem, sells for around $700 brand new!
