Kayak Rack

I live in a condo community that has a small marina on the Ashley River. A few of us owners would like to install a rack that will hold a bunch of kayaks so we would not have to haul them to the water. Each kayak would need to lock separately as we will be renting the storage space monthly. I wanted to see if anyone out there would come up with a design and price to build. It has already been brought up with the HOA and we were told to bring some plans and prices to the March meeting. Any takers?

There is a wooden one at Chs. County park in Mt Pleasant that would be good to copy. Sorry I don’t have a pic.
