Dear Kayak Anglers!
Journeys of SGI, Inc., on beautiful St. George Island, is hosting its 1st annual kayak fishing tournament on Saturday, October 24, 2009.
Profits from this fun event will go to the Franklin County Humane Society .
This will be a catch and release, one day event and many prizes will be awarded the winners; First Prize for the “Longest Slam” --a 12’ Tarpon Wilderness System kayak; 2nd prize will be $150.00 cash. Prizes will also be awarded for the 1st and 2nd places for largest Flounder, Redfish and Trout.
There will be kayak races for the kids, hotdogs and refreshments. When you register, we will send you a packet with further details. We look forward to sharing the BEST kayak fishing on the Gulf Coast with you!
