there are many brands and types that will work…i would suggest going to time out and talking to dolphin-d.

DD

The Redfish’s only natural predator is the DOLPHIN D

just get a pretty long sit on top ocean kayak.it works fine.

tarpon 140 … great yak

i’ve seen the native, but never fished it…looks good though

go to time out and TEST TEST TEST

I agree with Willy, Go see Dolphin D. They have a bunch of Yaks you can rent so you can sort of test drive them to see what works best for you. DD is the man. He’ll hook you up with quality gear and a decent price! I saw the Tarpon 120 that he showed me and that is my goal but if you have the ducks, he will make sure you get some serious bang for your buck! Good luck and keep us posted. I am hoping to get my Yak this Friday  we’ll see what the Money gods say…
