I’m new to the kayak world, can’t get the boat yet so I opted for the kayak to get me into to some fishing. Maiden voyage yesterday produced a bunch of trout, wind played a big factor in where I could fish. Either way it was a good time learning the kayak and getting into some fish right off the bat. Wanted some reds but that will be another day I guess.

Welcome aboard. You should check out the Low Country Anglers club, they are some good guys and you could learn a lot.

I hear ya on the boat thing. It will be the unforseeable future before I can get one though. Yak world it is!
