I am starting to plan a trip to Key West in Feb to escape Mr. Winter. Was wondering if anyone knows of an outfitter that can coordinate accommodations and guide services in the Key West area. Was thinking about spending a week and fishing 3-4 days in combination with “wifely” activities on the odd days as she doesn’t enjoy fishing. Am interested in inshore more than off shore as I would really like to get into some snook, small tarpon, and reds. Any help would really be appreciated!

DreamCatcher Charters is a first class operation doing backcountry stuff out of Key West. Are you trying to stay and fish in Key West or just nearby? Feb is a great time of the year down there when it’s not blowing like a cheerleader on prom night. That’s a little early for the flats fish and the snook are more prevalent in the upper keys but you’ll have a great time nevertheless.
Thanks, Rap, will get on it…not so much interested in flats fish but am interested in the Key West area so the “girls” have something to do when we’re fishing…our plans are to fly in to Key West and rent a car…so we will be mobile to fish not only Key West but also keys close to Key West

I’ve got quite a few friends I fish with who fish out of the Lower Keys from Cudjoe to Big Pine if you need any recommendations up that way. I should be back fishing out of Summerland Key next year from Christmas to May again.
PM sent…
