Stayed here on spring break a couple years ago. Even had good fishing off the dock. Caught a couple huge mangroves and 10-15lb jewfish at night.

there are an ass of rental houses in Key Colony Beach in Marathon. I just stayed down there for new years with my family $950 a week 2 bedrooms full kitchen futon and pullout couch fully furnished with sheets towels dishes on a canal 2 minutes from the ocean. There are so many yankees that have “seasonal housing” down there they dont use in the winter that they rent them cheap. Get in touch with the Century 21 people down there they do a good job and can leve a key for u to pick up if u get in late at night. I am planning a trip with about 6 of my friends and we are gonna tow a boat down there rent a house and fish our asses off for a week. good luck catch um up.

I second VRBO.com (Vacation Rental By Owner). I have rented in several locations in FL and Mexico. A lot of times you can negotiate prices for less than they quote on the site.
