Wednesday afternoon off Kiawah. Conditions were perfect and three blacktips were tagged. Two of them jumped and the third was 6’4" and fought hard on 20 pound spinning tackle. It was one of the biggest I’ve seen in years; well over a hundred pounds in my estimation. Lots of turtles and birds working the area in around 40 feet of water off Kiawah. The big one is the one with all the bite marks from mating; they get a little rough when it comes to sex…Maybe somebody can increase the size of the pics; sorry. They were all tagged and released in good condition.[URL=http://i294.photobucket.com/albums/mm104/rickstringer/blacktips008.jpg]
