A little bottom fishing today. 2 limits of BSB, 2 “self made” limits of sheeps, few ring tails, a grouper and of course an endangered species.
Ocean was so beautiful, not sure why I was not trolling on the ledge.
The fish only bite 12 months out of the year around here.

What a weekend! Inshore saturday, had to release over slot red,caught butt loads of trout,
Went to local reef today and caught up the sheeps, limits of seabass, and this “red seabass”. Had to release this guy too. That one hurt.
We were catchin the keeper Seabass, when this Snapper hooked up, expectin another seabass, I exclaimed, “I got King Kong on here.”
A nice suprise to say the least but hurt to wave good bye.
Did I say, “What a weekend”?
Fishing on the bottom is like having sex with the lights turned off. It feels good… but I wanna see it.
