Fished the tourny Sat. and it was not the best of water conditions. Got beat and pounded on the way out, made my way to the Chas. 60 drop lines and with in 10 mins. put first in the boat 24 pounds trolled around with no more luck for Kings, did pick up a spotted King ( Cuda ) and a Reef Donkey ( Amberjack ). Left the 60 and ran deeper to 80’ picked up 2 more Kings 19 pounds and one smaller and ended the day with a nice Dolphin. The ride in was Beautiful 40mph the whole way in. Nice day, but no money fish.

How about you GDADDYFISHING I never heard anything from you Sat. Did you fish and if so how deep did you make it? Did you get the sh*t beat out of you and your boat also?
yea boy we rode the surf board all day seemed to me the sea got better as the day went on. Got into the reef donkeys and couldn’t shake them they followed use all day. Better than the big zero and the big skunk nothing to right home about just another day on the big pond.
MY BOAT TOOK A BEATING, BAD BEATING ! All in all I dont think we did to bad. It did really break-in a new, fishing with me buddy, we will see how he feels about fishing me again next trip I make. Sunday I felt muscles I did not know I still had. Glad your day went okay, anyone who went and fished Sat. is okay in my book, because I know of folks who would have said screw it and turn around. Hats off to all who fished !

Sorry it took a bit to post, but thanks again headstrong for another beautiful (and ROWDY!) day on the big pond! Nice fish off the get go, thought we had a placer there. Let’s get the windshield fixed… and the rail… Anyway, thanks again for a trip, hopefully the “new” buddy didn’t get beat up to bad! Give me a call, lets fish this week!
