When do the kings and spanish normally begin to show themselves? I’m ready to catch some fish.

Kings show up in May through November in warm weather and water. Troll up and down the tideline in the ship channel from the end of the rocks out to the first 3 sets of bouys. That will get you a good start. If they are there they will bite anything. Right now they are out at the gulfstream and there are plenty of better eating fish to catch for the money spent to get that far out. Good luck
