Left the dock at noon on Saturday just to get out on the water. Brought some leftover cigars and a pack of ballyhoo and headed to Belky Bear (10-15 miles off) with my wife and a friend who did not want to fish was just along for the ride. Fish on every 10 minutes with doubles and triples being the order of the day. My poor friend who was just along for the ride had to work his @ss off and lost his brand new blackberry cellphone while leaning over the side to gaff a fish. Forgot the camera so no pics but kept 3 to eat and have no idea how many we released or didn’t quite get to the boat. A jig head live bait rig with the ballyhoo produced the larger fish…
