after a late night of catching bait on sunday we were all dragging as we got to wappoo at 530 labor day morning. we had tons of bait and we all made it on time…one of the first boats in the water and we were headed to the stono. we started at our go to spot that has produced a lot of fish recently and i am glad we tried it again because we didnt have to move again…we caught 18 redfsih between 12 and 25 inches and 1 keeper black drum. it was a beautiful morning on the water and we pulled the boat out at 11 and i was on the couch by 1. doesnt get much better than that!
