ladyfish???

anyone eating them? i saw a vid on the net on how to scrape them because they have tons of bones. thinking ill make fish cakes with them. real fun to catch and i got on them this morning. thanks guys

Only if I was starving to death and couldn’t catch anything else, including catfish, shrimp, crabs, clams, mussels, and those little snails that climb up marsh grass stalks (which taste just like escargot BTW, but it takes a lot to make a meal), and if every fast food restaurant went out of business, and I couldn’t shoot a deer, rabbit, squirrel or possum, then I might eat a ladyfish.

Just because you catch it doesn’t mean you have to eat it. Some things are better turned loose. Like a dog with a toad, let it go:smiley:

ok thanks anyone else

Honestly, I would rather a stingray then a ladyfish. I don’t have the ba//$ to pput that thing in my mouth. If you end up doing it please don’t post pics of you throwing up afterwards!
