Hit the lake in my new toy…

caught 3 striper,lost 3 more,got worked over pretty good,being alone trolling a 7 line spread and all hell broke loose…it was fun as hell though…:sunglasses:

Last year I had a friend on the boat that does not fish much and we had 5 lines out and hit some schooling fish. Well I left him in the back of the boat and grabbed my fly rod and ended up catching and releasing 8 fish 5lbs and up. I kind of forgot about him and when I looked back in toward the stern all I could see was lines, rods and fish laying all over the deck and a grown man having a ball but worn slap out from all the fish.

It hooked him for good:smiley::smiley:

It can be fun! Sometimes I troll 8 lines while I am solo!:smiley: It can be interesting if you hit a good school. I have never successfully landed all solo, but I have had a great time trying!!:smiley::wink:
