No bait around the dam, a bunch out in the lake. I only marked a few fish that were on the bottom.
It was a beautiful night though!:smiley: I’ll cling to that!:smiley::wink:

Thanks for the report Lynn, I’v been wondering. Things SHOULD heat-up in afew weeks tho w/ the shad run just aroud the corner. I’v been hearing bits and pieces of stripers at the rock dam at Bonneau by the water tower. Its an EARLY bite tho. When the sun comes up, the fish are gone. Keep the reports comin’.

Yeah, I’ll keep trying here and there. The water temp was still only around 51°. In my experiences, it needs to climb above 55° to get rid of the lock jaw. Of course, last night’s lack of fish wasn’t due to lock jaw, just no jaws around period!
