Jazzed, his cousin and I went late last night. We caught two right away. We had a couple on that we lost shortly after. We were marking plenty of fish still, but couldn’t get anymore bites. I will hopefully get to go again soon…

If I were fishing the lower lake, where is the best place to get live bait? blue back herring preferred
I would go to the dam and use a sabiki or a cast net and get all you want. The bait is in there thick. That is where and how I get mine. If you need to buy it, Atkins on the lower end has some now, so I have been told. On the upper end or canal area, Black’s, Hills, or Canal Lakes Resort. There may be more places selling them, but those are the spots I know of. Hope this helps.
