My dad and I put in at Short Stay around 10pm and fished until around 3am. Caught a 25" striper and 4 or 5 big cats. Had a good time. I wish it would have been a little choppy. Hopefully the cooler weather coming will help turn the bite back on. There seems to be plenty of fish around, they just aren’t hitting strong right now (in my experiences). Nice. If i understand this correctly you guys are catching all these cats on S25s? Those things have to be a pain in the a$$ to unhook. heard something ab the rocks being caught pretty strong at the mouth of potato creek right now…Im going to try them sometime soon.
