Lake Murky and Congaree

if you’re a white water fan then it’s time to hit the river, flowing in excess of 6000 cu ft / sec (the chart is maxed out), that’s a river level 5’ above normal

the lake level has been in slow decline for a few days in anticipation of the rain

The high water will help get the stripers get up into the Saluda.

We were out biking yesterday at the riverfront park and the Congaree was really moving right at the Saluda. Will probably head over to Saluda Shoals later this week as it’s always fun biking the trails hearing the whitewater run.
