You might want to check out the swap shop. There’s a used foot controlled Motorguide trolling motor for sale that might work for you on relatively calm days.

Trying to get momma to buy off on a smaller boat.
Man that ramp is steep, until you get to the water. got the boat from Charleston to the dam without any issues. Until I backed the boat off. One of the front bunks (that create the “V”) fell off. the metal bracket rusted completely through. The other one was so bad I was able to pull it off with my bare HAND.
Oh well, now I have time to repair the trailer.
I bought my boat from Charleston too. The first time I launched it all of the bunks floated right off of the trailer. Some of the brackets were half way gone from rust, just a sharp rusty stub.
