Since the Dominion and SCE&G deal went thru…Anybody know if the water quality licensing deal went thru before the buyout? Ron Ahle (with DNR) mentioned that they were still waiting on the licensing renewal when he was at the MSC December meeting. Just hoping there wont be any changes with the lake or lower saluda.
The re-licensing agreement has not gone through yet …
The buyout will not affect the process - if anything it has sped it up - but since that process started in 2008 that’s not saying much …
