Two nights and one striper, a gar, and two cats. Very windy both nights. Saturday night I waited in Balintine Cove until 2AM thinking the wind would die out. It just got worse. 3’ to 4’ waves the whole way back. Light at the bow of my boat died half way back. Got to the no wake zone and almost got run over. Bass boat heading out full throtle with his bow about five or six feet up out of the water. I cut left full throtle and he missed me by about 10’. He just kept going. I still had my stern light on and started flashing it when he headed toward me then he gunned it. Almost seemed intentional. I will now carry some spare bulbs, but I don’t think it would have made a difference. I couldn’t see anything on his boat but the bottom.
Doesn’t that just piss you off when you meet a Jackazz in a boat. I had a bunch of drunks almost run into me one night on Greenwood, Then they tried to hide in the cove that I live in. I called DNR on 'em.
