Just wanted to let everyone know that is fishing or riding in the near future that there are logs floating just under the surface around the Newberry end of the lake. I was idleing around this afternoon checking some spots out and hit a log about 5 foot long and 6 or 8 inches in diameter. I did no damage but at plane speed this thing would have done some damage or at least made you mess your pants!

I agree. Saw some same size logs floating where bear creek meets the main lake. This is why I won’t be going night fishing until late :smiley:April/May.

Hit one a month or so back heading out of Bear Creek around Timberlake that was 30 or so foot long…just under the surface. No damage but had to get some new boxers.

“I may be going to hell in a bucket. But at least I’m enjoying the ride”
