went fishing with striperskiff thurs evening and caught one 23" and a few shorts. went sat am and caught 2 shorts. both days put in at the dam. free lined herring both days as well. got pretty rough sat as the wind started to come in. wanted to go today but not with the lake wind advisory in effect. thanks striperskiff for showing me around and some techniques.
went sat am as well. took off from (**() at 700 and took off towards goat. had three hook ups off east side, no keepers. Quit around 9 due to weather. Laughed when i got the boat on the trailer and weather had eased off. Oh well, needed to get some landscaping done anyways. Look forward to a friday night/ saturday am trip this weekend.

sounds like Sat was a tough day for everyone…we had a little tournament Sat am with about 10 boats and only weighed in 4 keepers…I don’t think one was over 22"…everyone seemed to find fish, but keepers were scarce…

yea, father in law was with me, but didn’t want to push his buttons. I also think i may have an issue with my radio transmitting. Going to work on it tonight. Gotta a lot to learn about stripers on murray, striper skiff. Glad to know yall had a little fun in your tourney.
