Lake Wateree Blue Cats, Rule change?

I put this in the Wateree forum, but putting it here to get it out.

Did a small trip yesterday to the lake. That is a story in itself, but I thought I would pass some information that I got from talking to a Ranger after fishing and being soaked.

With the changes to the Blue cat rules that went into effect the first of April, it seems it is muddy. He said that you could only have 1 over 32 ( thought website said that, but looking just now it says 2).

Now, looking at it it says the Wateree River, which should be below the dam, but he says that it includes the lake (from the big man), but he did say that he was going to ask a warden.

Sooo, in short, the limit on the lake is muddy. Guess I need to send an email to see if I can get a better answer. BEWARE AND ASK A MAN IF YOU SEE THEM.

He needs to clarify the rules. The new law applies to the Santee System, which includes the Congaree and Wateree Rivers, but not the lake itself.
