I hear through the grapevine that Lake World will be having a Striper Tourny next month. Is this true? I don’t get down that way much this time of year so I thought some of you guys may have heard. I will also throw in a little report from this Sat. We fished cut bait in two different spots. We were anchored in 15 foot of water on points both places within a mile of Dreher Island. We caught plenty of fish just did not get the big bite we were looking for. You do have to fight through the catfish this time of year but there are plenty of stripers there as well. The cut bait bite should only get better from here on out!
