Went and picked a few oysters and told my ole lady that we need to get to my sheephead spot and try pull some sheeps up. Got to spot and chummed the area and no more than 10 minutes my fiddlers were getting smashed. So i knew then they were there. Threw one more fiddler on and slight jigged a lil and baaaam sheep on. Pulled up but was a lil fella. Threw him back in and hooked up another fiddler. 3-5 minutes later i was on again with a heavier pull and got one more in but one inch to small( thats what she said…lol) Soi threw that one back in also. I hooked up another fiddler and dropped in another spot after chumming and extra baaaam. I knew this one was definitely a keeper so told my ole lady to get the net ready. Well as she struggled to reel her whiting in and get net to me i felt the line get light as i continued to wait for the net. Lost him. I was 3 shades another color. Same happened again but next one broke line… What a day. At the end of the day i target what i came to fish for and accomplished it even though i didnt get no keepers. Better luck next time with some keepers…

Laughing at ol’lady slow to get the net! Yeah, tough spot because you can’t yell at them Or instant dog house for us! Sucks because you have to clamp your teeth together and mutter,“it’s… O… K…”

Went to capers today 7 keepers 1 was 10lbs. Hitting jetty tomorrow
That’s a bummer not getting any keepers but at least you were out there. Keep at it, you rarely seem to go fishless.

I am sooooo determine to pull up the big boyz and girlz next time. Between Sheephead in Charleston and Crappies on Lake Greenwood i am about to be a fishing fool for them two. I definitely will have pics and videos for you guys next time…
