took off for the wifey’s birthday. It’s always a plus when your wife wants to fish for her birthday. either way, we caught a 20" red in the cast net chasing shrimp. My first time ever doing that. after about 2 dozen shrimp we lost many under a cork to penfish. Managed one trout that tasted good pan fried and that was it.
Can’t wait to try again.
