Cooked some triple tail last weekend. We used a recipe from Islamorada. Triple tail is dipped in flour, then egg wash, then a light coat of panko. This is then fried in a skillet of key lime butter (thickened with corn starch).
Then add grated parmesean cheese (not that crap in a green can).
And top with diced tomatoes. It sounds weird…but it’s pretty good.

Sounds great. We are making a trip to Islamorada this summer and have looked into going to Lazy Daze for lunch.
