Left the ditch bag in garage. Sent buddy to fetch. Buddy woke up the dog, who woke up the entire house and neighbors house entering garage. Call from wife, not happy! Call from buddy, not happy:smiley: Set the tone for the rest of the morning. Cleared rocks at 5:15 to a slopfest(that really annoying kind). Pounded out to EB lines in 8:45. Bite was on and we proceeded to miss five in a row:roll_eyes:. 4 spit hooks and a gaffing error. Gaff and released a cuda(first of the season) and finally picked up a dolphin. Bite slowed at 10am. Pushed out to 226, and nothing except temp breaks and some really nice looking H2o. Saw a nice, nice wahoo swim by the boat in 400ft, but he never ate. Ran back to NE of EB and trolled without much going on. Headed home around 2pm with a huge fleet in tow on a nice following sea. Hoping for a Friday trip.
