Just ordered a Lee Fisher Mako net off of the internet. Have always used Betts in the past. Net looks good but the horn is a lot bigger than what I am used to. Worried about losiing some shrimp out of the top. Any ■■■■■■■■ from anyone with experience using these nets would be greatly appreciated.
We bought a Tim Wade last year with a larger than we thought horn also… I took some fishing line and weaved it just under the horn on the net and it does very very well. just kinda tighten it up to the size you think is good.
