I just brought my boat to the house from storage a couple of hours ago. I was looking the boat over and noticed that my port tab was bent. I looked under the tab and noticed that it was cracked close to the hinge as well. I then remembered that I had a business card from a LENCO rep that deals with CS and warranty issues. Mr. Johnny Thomerson followed me in my neighborhood a couple of years ago and introduced himself to me. He told me to call him if I ever need any assistance with my tabs. Well, I found that business card and gave him a call right at around 8 o’clock tonight. He answered, and I told him what the problem was, and then he said that he would be there in just a few minutes(he does live close). He showed up, took a look at the tab, and told me that it looked like I may have hit something. He disconnected the actuator from the tab so we could check and make sure that it was ok. It was, and he went to his truck and got a new tab. He told me to put that on so I can be back in business. I asked him how much I owed him, and he said nothing, just remember to call him for any other needs I may have in the future. I have the new tab on now. To me, that is GREAT customer service!!! Just thought that I would pass that along…
