Any advice on how to troubleshoot an inoperable trim tab? Only one is currently working.

Most of them are worm drive and the bearings they ride on can fall out. Usually just need to take the bolts off the tab and the boat mount and get a new “sleeve”.
I should clarify that I made some of that up but it is how mine work and I have fixed each side 1 time.
