limit allusive on moultrie

Heck even catching a keeper is tough.
Went out saturday night my boat and my brothers for a little striper fish off. We trolled around the (() in the usaul areas made a little harder as several boats were around the (() anchored and drifting. We weaved our way around and did pretty good on numbers we boated 15 in around 3hrs not crazy fast but kept us going. my brother’s crew however was a little slower till i gave them a couple of my secret lures and cued him in on the productive trolling pattern then they managed 5. None were keeper fish so all went back to grow up. Nice calm night with big moon and warm in the low 50s.
Good time had as striper fishing for bragging rights was the goal and fishing we did.
Scintilla carried the night on the fish off however. better luck next time bro.
Geeze guess i have to say locks as the pc police editted out the Dam

I know what you mean…
Went trolling on sunday morning and got skunked…
Couldn’t even catch bait…!!!
Water is VERY LOW at Atkins…so be careful…

Went again this weekend Saturday night, trolling around pinoplis dam.
took my 15yr old nephew from ohio who had never even caught a striper before.
8pm to about 11pm was non stop action. We boated around 30 striper all around the 21-24" range with one nice exception a 27" fatty who
took the ride home with us. Cold night and this produced a very cool looking fog just over the water. like trolling thru a dry ice fog on one of those rock and roll stages. One other boat there , they said they had two keepers out of around 15 caught. If catching striper is the goal the bite is on, if u want to catch some to eat they are far and few between at least for me this season. I’m 3 keepers for 72 fish boated. If these fish grow in the next couple of years its gonna be crazy good for the line sides on the Santee lakes.
