we got the limit friday between 1p and 5p just taking our time and running the poles with about a 15 minute wait between runs. Not a DNR boat in sight must have all been in charleston. Went to the same spot fri night and saturday and caught maybe 6 qts in both trips. It seems like they were moving later on during the incoming tide.

I heard good things from the sound however we never made it out there. we did all of our skrimping right there off of the point. a lot of boats out there with mixed results at the marina. It seemed like we heard three “fish stories” for every legit conversation we had. We will be back down there in two weeks and I plan on hitting the sound then to see what is out there.
