Im told this stuff works … but it scares me…
Helps but you have to constantly reapply. I never release my winch till my boats in the water.
It works but expensive, like $18 for a can and you do have to re-apply. I’ve used aerosol silicone sprayand some aerosol dry lubricants too, whatever it takes. Seems to work OK at less than half the cost.
Cheap kitchen non stick spay every other trip when you get the trailer to load the boat.

why use it or why scared of it?
- the ramp i use wont float the boat completely off without me getting my feet a little wet. i dont want to ruin my pedicure
- i dont want to be that guy with a boat sitting on the road at a major intersection. already done that with a christmas tree

got it.
it scares me as well
it should
it does what it says, and I don’t want my boats to move unless I make them, but I also don’t have to worry about a pedicure.
