I have caught quite a few of them this year on artificial.

Caught a bunch of juvenile sea robins at Bushy Park last fall on the ramp in my cast net. 10-15 of them in one day easily.

I caught my first inshore rock sea bass! They have very sharp barbs on the back side of the gills.
