I fished the big Sunday and it was fine. I thought the little looked fine too. Fish were right up on the shore in a foot of water busting on small threadfin. Would have been perfect for the fly

Around Lexington where I live, the “Little River” is the Little Saluda River coming into Lake Murray. There is also a Little River in the northeast corner of our state on the border between North and South Carolina. Go towards Florence and folks over there call The Little Peedee “the Little River”. And there is also The Little River on Lake Strom Thurmond (aka Clarks Hill Lake). And there may be more that I am not familiar with. Which Little River are you referring to?

Lake Murray Little Saluda is what I was referring to. Clarks Hill has a SC and GA Little River(fished there 2 years). I grew up in Marion County and never heard the Little Pee Dee the Little River. Learn something every day.

i fished the little river saturday. water had a good color. just did not have many bites. good luck

After all the rain in the upstate it will be muddy for about a week if it doesnt rain any more! They will be dumping a lot of muddy water out of Greenwood for a time.
