Lobster, #1 YFT, Coho Salmon and pastrami smoked salmon!!!
Awesome photos… I’m so hungry after seeing those. That pastrami smoked salmon is fantastic. I’m fairly indifferent to salmon, but luckily Sellsfish’s son enticed me to try some one day when I was picking up some tuna. I just bought more this Saturday and took it back to some family, all of whom said it was the best smoked salmon they had ever tasted.
If you’ve not had this stuff, definitely stop by Sellsfish Seafood and take some home to try.
I have never had smoked salmon that came close, that is what I go there for… everything else (except the tuna) is by-catch
