lobster suggestions

i did a diving trip in florida last weekend and came home with my 2 day limit (12) of them. of course grilled, steamed, and boiled tails are always good, but i am open for suggestions for what to do with the several tails i have left that i havent eaten yet. i did make a lobster pizza with the biggest one (tail was 16oz even) that turned out fantastic and did save a few heads for soup stock. if possible i want to go at least 1 more time before season closes. suggestions?

I sometimes take the bigger tails and chunk them up into nuggets and light fry them in olive oil with house autry seasoning. Good crowd pleaser.
