My 16 year old son is looking for local spots to flyfish from land (salt or freshwater). Anybody want to share some spots for him to check out? We live in Mt Pleasant. Thanks
What area of mt pleasant? There are tons of freshwater ponds he can hit for largemouth. Fwiw don’t expect many responses on help about saltwater stuff from land. There are not man places you can do that and all of them are already too overcrowded.
If he can float into the marsh somewhere and wade there’s tons of places to go. I’d go to one of your local tackle shops and ask them. Haddrell’s, Chas Angler, Lowcountry fly shop.
