Helping a neighbor work on his trailer and would like ya’lls in put. TRying to figure out the best place for the boards under this boat.

Back of boat can be moved to right a couple of inches but the ribs on bottom of boat will still be on the boards at the front.

Looks like the bunks should be moved outbound some of the chines, then rearward slightly, just enough to equal or extend a smidge astern of the actual stern’s end point.
Trailer crossmenber angle looks about right for that hull’s design.
If you need some more support in the front/bow, try one of the “Y” shaped center supports.
Thanks Salthunter, the v of the bow actually stops pretty quick and flattens out. Looking at it the bottom is flat up past the front of the boards. This guy is pretty handy so he can stick another cross member in if needed.
