What kind of lock are we using for our Minn Kota motors? I would like to leave mine mounted on my quick discnnect braket but need a good stainless lock. What are the best options for this?
Dakota makes one for it. But I think it’s like 50 bucks.
I used master lock that has a brass body.
Only a little rust on the shaft part.
Just keep the key hole lubed.

Same with the brass body. Occasional squirt of 656. Pro tip is to ziptie it to the little bar to keep it from bouncing around.
