Left my dock at 9am and headed to Edisto.Fished off Botney Isle for about 2 hours.Caught a few whiting and a ray.Drifted around and just no fish of any value.No Tarpon seen but did see lots of menhaden.Decided to run the Ocean and fish the Jetty.Ran into a big school of menhaden and expected something to be with them but not one scatter and we just moved on.Seas picked up and We got bounced around pretty good for about 40 minutes.Made the James island turn and saw the Light House looking tall and beautiful.Seas again picked up and that ride was rough.Saw a dozen boats at the jetty all moving around and many leaving.Fished the Sullivans Island cut to get out of the wind and eat.No bites in 20 minutes so we headed across the white capped harbor and home.Long run but a great day with great people.Water temp was 74 in most places.Clear to 5 feet off the beaches.Never really warmed up where u could take a jacket off.Got back for the last half of the Carolina ass kicking.
Wanted to head to 4KI but forgot where it was.Need a compass heading if anyone has it.Wonder if my I phone can get me to it.??? Sorry Penny I would have picked u up and changed plans had u called earlier.

You passed 4 KI as you ran up from Edisto. From Stono inlet, go past couple remaining buoys, past outerbar, once in about 35’ it’s 8 miles due south. Coordinates on this website-see reefs.
I left Bonzo’s reef anchor out there on the 436’ wreck. Please return it to him if you catch it.
