Well started out great, nice seas and plans for grouper in our head… A lot of red porgy and ajs plus four peanut dolphin on light tackle… saw oil slick behind port motor…cked and level was good… then the bottom fell out oil level to the bottom of stick… ran in on one motor (6hr ride!)at least we started back at 12:30. This morning checked out on hose and found the oil filter had a 1/8" crack in it(looked like the water pee hole on idle!lol) Had just changed oil/filters last month…Changed oil/filters in both engines again today, looks good no issues…VERY LUCKY…TWO engines are GREAT!!!Hoping for good snapper day next weekend!!!The last weekend:sunglasses: sucked. Think we need the “tags” at least we could catch the fish on good days!!!Not prefect but better than what we have now!!!

This is the 3rd instance of a Suzuki oil filter failing in the last 3 months. Glad no damage was done.
