20 + knots on harbor today, just had to get out. Caught a few small Blue fish on diving birds off of Castle Pinckney, then tracked over deep hole off of CB, just before low tide, did not see anything that even looked like shrimp on the sounder, covered 20-40 feet. Net didn’t even come out of the basket. Found lee shore on small creek off of Wando and we caught a few reds and trout.
Would love to hear some reports if anyone gets out. May try Tuesday night if wind lays down just to get out. Will be next week before could get out again. This season that started with so much promise is quickly slipping away.
