looking at new hull

I have a Johnson 90 and looking for a new to me hull the Motor is currently on a 15 ft boat how big of a boat can I get and not strain the 90? Looking at a 21’ center console but think that’s too big for my motor any suggestions?

So scratch the 21’ I pulled the trigger on an 18’ next dilemma is storing my motor once I take it off my old boat should it be stood up or is it ok to lay them down? Anyone want a free boat? #55357;#56842;

So the distance from my console to my motor is much shorter of a run than my other boat. 1 can i have the throttle cables looped? and 2 is there a way to shorten a steering cable or do i have to buy a new one?

The throttle and shift cables can loop, if you make big loops. At least 2 foot circles. Not ideal but it will work. Steering cable not. Needs new. Go to the Teleflex website for measuring instructions.
