I am currently in the market for a side console jon boat. Something around 17 ft, 2006 or newer, 4 stroke. Flexible on the criteria for the right boat. I’d like to keep the cost under 10K but again I’m a bit flexible on that too.
If you know of anyone looking to sell what I’m looking for please let me know.

If you decide to go new, you may want to give Muddy Bay Marine in Newberry a call. That’s where we bought my big Xpress. They also have a good selection of Wareagles and Excels in both center and side consoles. Our buying experience was great. They are honest,good people that try to move a great number of boats rather than making a killing on one. (803)321-1900.

I was up there last week looking at a 17 foot War Eagle. They were real nice folks even though they had a pretty good suspicion I was just “kickin’ tires”. If I were to buy new I would definitely like to buy from them. But, unless I somehow fall into a bunch of money I’ll have to keep searching the used market.
