Looking for references to a good Brick Mason.
The roof sheeting is wet and starting to grow various colors of mold.
Roof sheeting and roofing has been repaired and chimney reflashed.
Reflashing did not fix the problem.
During multiple day events it will get wet enough to drip through the ceiling but on a short rain you don’t see anything.
The mortar looks to be failing in some spots, may need to be repointed?
I’m at the 2 year mark and over $1000 into this problem so am looking for professional leads.
